Dee lives and is based in Margate with her partner Danny and their 3 rescue dogs; Elsa, Magick & Merlin. She moved down to Margate in 2021 from North Yorkshire, to be nearer to her daughter Sam and grandson Ralfie Lennon.
Dee has 20 years’ + experience in HR/people management and has extensive knowledge and experience in various sectors and services; including Charity, Construction, Education, Escalators, Hair & Beauty, Health & Social Care, Hospitality, IT & Manufacturing.

Basic casework; guidance, templates and documentation for straightforward or low-risk HR matters managed internally by the client; for example, short-term absence, probation or performance reviews, initial disciplinary or grievance issues, and simple investigations.
More involved or sensitive cases that require full HR management or representation are included in our Advanced Retainer or delivered on a project basis.
PAY AS YOU GO
We also have an hourly and daily rate if you just need help now and again, project work or with additional assistance to your contract package.

Provides quick advice via email or helpline on everyday queries such as sickness, lateness, annual leave, right to work checks, and straightforward disciplinary questions.
The package focuses on proactive compliance, not hands-on management of formal or complex HR issues — those are covered in our Foundation and Advanced retainers.
