We love working with Dee and Megan and over the last couple of years they have massively helped us get up-to-date with both H&S and HR. Dees advice is invaluable at times when we might otherwise be pulling our hair out and we can't rate that highly enough. Would really recommend to any size business, the HR system is also very simple to use and has really helped streamline our appointment/holiday requests.

We have worked with Craven for a number of years now and genuinely wouldn’t be without their support. Liz is always incredibly helpful, approachable and responsive – nothing is ever too much trouble and she makes my role so much easier.
The portal they use is excellent – clear, well organised and easy to navigate, which really helps keep everything in one place. The on-site visits feel personal and thorough, not just a tick-box exercise, and we always come away feeling supported and confident in what we’re doing.
Their help with CHAS and Constructionline has been invaluable and significantly reduces the stress on my end. It’s a huge reassurance knowing that side of things is handled properly.
We also make great use of the optional E-Learning courses, which are a fantastic add-on and again keep everything streamlined in one central system.
I would highly recommend Craven to any business looking for professional, reliable and genuinely supportive H&S consultancy.
