This will include a Construction Phase Health and Safety Plan. We’ll also provide Risk Assessments and Method Statements for the work you are doing plus a full set of templates covering site work.

The Construction Phase Plan is designed to assist the principal contractor in the day-to-day management of all Health and Safety issues throughout the construction process.

Our site files are supplied digitally as standard, making them easy to access, share and update. Documents can be viewed on a phone, tablet or computer, helping site teams quickly find the information they need. Keeping the file in one agreed location and replacing documents when updated helps everyone access the latest versions. 

We will always provide guidance at handover so you know where the information is held and the best way to access the documents.
