People. Safety. Environment. Success.
Professional expertise. Personal approach. People you can trust.
Great businesses are built on people, and great working relationships start with understanding them.
At Craven Consultancy Services, we’re more than a team of specialists. We’re trusted advisers, problem-solvers and people who genuinely enjoy helping businesses thrive.
Bringing together expertise in HR & People, Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Workplace Wellbeing and Training, we provide the knowledge, guidance and reassurance businesses need to move forward with confidence.
We take our work seriously, but we don’t believe consultancy needs to be complicated, intimidating or impersonal.
A Different Kind of Consultancy
We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all advice or paperwork for the sake of paperwork.
We get to know your business, understand your challenges and work alongside you to find solutions that make sense in the real world.
Sometimes that means navigating difficult conversations. Sometimes it’s helping you stay ahead of changing responsibilities. And sometimes it’s simply being there when you need a trusted sounding board.
Whatever the challenge, you can expect straight-talking advice, professional judgement and a team that’s firmly in your corner.
Different Expertise. Shared Values. One Team.
Our strength lies in the people behind Craven.
We bring together different backgrounds, experiences and specialist knowledge, but share the same commitment to doing things properly, treating people well and making a positive difference.
We’re collaborative, curious and always learning. We support each other, celebrate our successes and bring that same energy and commitment to the organisations we work with.
Because good consultancy isn’t just about what you know. It’s about how you work with people.
