Complex HR casework, Complex HR casework including disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, performance and capability management, restructures, safeguarding, pay and reward, long-term sickness absence and strategic HR advice.

Craven provides strategic guidance and oversight as part of your retainer. Where organisations require hands-on HR support, implementation or independent management of complex matters, this can be provided as a separately scoped project.

Where specialist project support is required, such as protected conversations, without prejudice discussions, Settlement Agreement negotiations, major restructures, redundancy consultation exercises, Employment Tribunal support or TUPE implementation, this work will be scoped and quoted separately.

HR Operations & Administration Support
A managed, remote HR admin service available as an add-on to our Advanced and Strategic retainers, supporting the implementation of HR advice and employee lifecycle processes within agreed capacity.

Pricing:
Provided as a monthly add-on to an existing HR retainer.
Pricing is based on headcount, complexity, and required capacity.
