This year, Craven Consultancy Services celebrates an incredible milestone – 21 years in business.

Twenty-one years ago, I founded Craven with one simple ambition: to provide businesses with practical advice they could trust, build genuine long-term relationships and make a positive difference to the organisations we support.

Looking back, I feel incredibly proud of everything we’ve achieved together.

But if I’m honest, I’m even more excited about what lies ahead.

Reaching 21 years isn’t simply about longevity. It’s about the businesses we’ve supported, the relationships we’ve built and the trust we’ve earned. Every client, every challenge and every success has played a part in shaping the company we are today.

As the workplace has evolved, so have we.

When Craven Consultancy Services was established, much of our work centred around Health & Safety consultancy.

Whilst protecting people remains one of our greatest priorities, our clients’ needs have changed significantly over the past two decades.
