EU Food Information for Consumers Regulation

On 13 December, new legislation (the EU Food Information for Consumers Regulation 1169/2011) will require food businesses to provide allergy information on food sold unpackaged, for example in catering outlets, deli counters, bakeries and sandwich bars. (more…)

The Construction Dust Partnership

The Construction Dust Partnership (CDP) was created by HSE due to an investigation showing that many construction workers were at a risk of developing diseases such as lung cancer, silicosis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and asthma. New Petroleum Regulations

Petroleum (Consolidation) Regulations 2014 Are you aware that the legislation on storing petrol is changing?  Although existing health and safety responsibilities will remain the same, the new Petroleum (Consolidation) Regulations 2014 will come into effect on 1 October 2014 and replace existing petrol storage legislation which will be withdrawn.
