Since taking over the Business in 2012 I can honestly say it has been a rollercoaster of a journey but one I have thoroughly enjoyed, the ups, downs, twists and the turns!
A small H&S business with just me and one other predominantly working within the Construction sector from my kitchen. A vast amount of hard work and determination was needed in order to build the Company to what I knew it could be, but I like a challenge and so we begin!

can’t begin to tell you the work that went on in those early days, the early morning Networking events to try to generate more business, the late night working writing policies and risk assessments to try to keep clients happy whilst juggling life.
Glad to say the hard work has paid off and what stands before you is an established consultancy business which has diversified into other areas and many other sectors, a great team supporting me with a clear vision for the here and now as well as the future and a mission to be the go to Advisors for SMEs for a service which is supportive, flexible, friendly and reliable, with values including honesty, integrity and trust to name but a few.
After a bit of a refresh and a rebrand and some sleepless nights we now offer HR services as well as our H&S services with excellent online solutions for both and soon to be expanding into environmental offerings too.
