It provides a focused review of your core HR policies, procedures, documentation and people management practices, helping you understand where things are working well and where improvements may be needed.

The HR Health Check is designed as a starting point; helping you manage people confidently, reduce risk and build fair, compliant and positive workplace foundations as your business grows.
How does it work?
We’ll ask you to complete a short questionnaire to help us understand how people are currently managed in your business; including policies, processes, culture, leadership and wellbeing.
We’ll then talk through the results with you and agree a clear, practical action plan. This will highlight what’s working well, where there may be risks or gaps, and how people practices, leadership capability and wellbeing can be strengthened. It also helps identify the level of HR support that’s most appropriate for your business.
Where needed, we’ll support you to implement changes; from updating contracts and policies, to improving communication, supporting leadership development and embedding a positive, fair and healthy workplace culture.
